Postage  

Within mainland UK postage cost is £2.95 for the first item and £1.00 for each additional item delivered at the same time. For Overseas deliveries postage cost is £6.00 for the first item and £3.00 for each additional item delivered at the same time. 

  Payment  

We accept cash/cheques please send with your order. We accept all major credit cards online via Paypal. We are happy to accept Paypal at no extra charge to you. (Paypal is free for buyers !) All online payments are 100% secure and fully encrypted. 

  Delivery  

All deliveries within mainland UK are by Royal Mail first class. Overseas deliveries are via Air Mail.

  Returns   

If goods are faulty or not as described we will give either give you 100% refund (including post & packing) or will replace the goods free of charge, whichever you prefer. 

Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us in original packaging. 

If you change your mind about a purchase please contact us before returning the goods and obtain a Goods Return Number. Items returned without a GRN are not eligible for a refund.

For non-faulty goods that are returned there is a 10% re-stocking charge and the original postage will not be refunded.
